Abstract

У статті розглядається державно-управлінський аспект запровадження інновацій у сфері охорони здоров’я з урахуванням сучасних викликів. Акцентовано увагу на важливості державного фінансування інновацій, що сприяє розвитку новітніх технологій та покращенню медичних послуг. Вказано на переваги розвитку цифрової інфраструктури, що значно розширює доступ до інновацій і забезпечує ефективну взаємодію між медичними закладами, пацієнтами та державними органами. Зроблено акцент на міжнародній співпраці, яка дозволяє здійснювати обмін досвідом, знаннями та технологіями для вдосконалення систем охорони здоров'я. Наголошено, що спільні проєкти між різними країнами дозволяють здійснювати обмін знаннями, досвідом та передовими технологіями, що прискорює процес впровадження інновацій у сфері охорони здоров’я. У статті розглядається роль урядів у процесах запровадження інновацій у сфері охорони здоров’я, зокрема через формування політики, яка сприяє створенню сприятливого середовища для впровадження інновацій. Це включає фінансову підтримку та розробку нормативно-правової бази, що дозволяє визначити чіткі стратегічні напрями запровадження інновацій, соціальних інновацій, новітніх технологій та успішно інтегрувати їх у системи охорони здоров’я. Вказано на важливість створення державних програм, які стимулюють розвиток інновацій, підвищують доступність нових технологій для медичних закладів та забезпечують їх ефективне використання в у практичному вимірі. Окреслено сучасні тенденції запровадження інновацій у сфері охорони здоров’я, які сприяють інтеграції новітніх технологій, зміцненню системи охорони здоров’я та підвищенню ефективності прийняття управлінських рішень, зокрема: цифровізація і впровадження телемедицини; інновації в медичній діагностиці та лікуванні; інвестиції та міжнародні партнерства: зміцнення довіри між урядами, медичними працівниками та громадянами; розвиток інфраструктури та людських ресурсів; розробка та використання щодо оцінки запровадження інновацій у сфері охорони здоров’я тощо.
