У статті визначено роль глобальних ініціатив та їхній вплив на розвиток національних програм скринінгу в мамології з урахуванням державно-управлінського аспекту. Встановлено, що глобальні ініціативи сприяють стандартизації та гармонізації підходів до скринінгу та діагностики, що стимулює вдосконалення національних програм, адаптуючи їх до місцевих умов. Глобальні ініціативи в розвитку національних програм скринінгу в мамології, як складової
профілактики, забезпечують низку важливих переваг для державного управління. Встановлено, що державне управління отримує значну вигоду від стандартизації підходів до скринінгу, що сприяє узгодженню національних стратегій
з міжнародними стандартами та зниженню регіональних диспропорцій у медичному обслуговуванні. Наголошено на
тому, що участь урядів у розробці та впровадженні скринінгових програм дозволяє інтегрувати ці ініціативи в загальну політику охорони здоров’я, покращуючи доступність і рівність медичних послуг для населення. Вказано на переваги
міжсекторального партнерства при запровадженні глобальних ініціатив, що стимулює розвиток національних програм через співпрацю між урядовими структурами, медичними установами, громадськістю та приватним сектором.
Зроблено акцент, що комплексний підхід, спрямований на покращення кадрової підготовки, інфраструктури та впровадження інновацій, підвищує ефективність управлінських рішень і забезпечує сталість скринінгових програм на довгострокову перспективу. З’ясовано, що врахування державно-управлінського аспекту має ключову роль у моніторингу
та оцінці ефективності програм, що дозволяє коригувати стратегії з урахуванням фінансових можливостей країни,
місцевого контексту, наявності/обмеження ресурсів, забезпечуючи максимальний вплив на здоров’я населення в контексті реалізації глобальних ініціатив. Зроблено висновок, що глобальні ініціативи мають значний вплив на розвиток
національних програм скринінгу, покращуючи доступ до медичних послуг та підвищуючи його ефективність.
The article defines the role of global initiatives and their impact on the development of national screening programs in
mammology, taking into account the state-administrative aspect. Global initiatives have been established to standardize and
harmonize approaches to screening and diagnostics, which stimulates the improvement of national programs, adapting them
to local conditions. Global initiatives in the development of national screening programs in mammology, as a component of
prevention, provide a number of important advantages for public administration. It is established that public administration
receives significant benefits from standardizing approaches to screening, which contributes to the reconciliation of national
strategies with international standards and reducing regional disproportions in health care. It is emphasized that the participation
of governments in the development and implementation of screening programs allows you to integrate these initiatives into a
general health care policy, improving the availability and equality of medical services to the population. The advantages of the
intersectoral partnership in the introduction of global initiatives are indicated, which stimulates the development of national
programs through cooperation between government agencies, medical institutions, the public and the private sector. The
emphasis is that a comprehensive approach aimed at improving personnel training, infrastructure and innovation, increases the
efficiency of management decisions and ensures the constancy of screening programs for the long term. It has been found that
the state-administrative aspect has a key role in monitoring and evaluating programs, which allows you to adjust the strategies
taking into account the country's financial capabilities, local context, availability/limiting resources, providing maximum impact
on the health of the population in the context of global initiatives. It is concluded that global initiatives have a significant impact
on the development of national screening programs, improving access to medical services and increasing its effectiveness.
