dc.description.abstract | The constancy of the internal environment of the human body is determined by the constancy of the concentration of hydrogen ions and the ionic product of water, which are constant values that regulate the constant pH of the blood. This constancy of pH is ensured by the buffer systems of the blood and tissues, the physiological regulatory activity of the kidneys and lungs (excretion of hydrogen, carbon dioxide from the body, reabsorption of bicarbonates), maintenance of acid-base balance and water-electrolyte balance. Aim. Monitoring changes in homeostasis of a sick child and directing the obtained laboratory and instrumental data to determine the severity of the underlying disease and its complications and the effectiveness of restorative pharmacotherapy using the example of acute enterocolitis. | en |
