Вплив внутрішньої картини хвороби на якість життя у хворих на рак ендометрію, коморбідний з ожирінням та депресією

Abstract

Мета роботи – дослідити особливості сприйняття психічного та соматичного станів хворими на рак ендометрію, поєднаний з ожирінням та виявити його вплив на якість життя вищезазначених хворих. У 94 хворих жінок на рак ендометрію, коморбідний з ожирінням, досліджено особливості сприйняття депресивного розладу та онкозахворювання у хворих на рак ендометрію, коморбідний з ожирінням. Встановлено, що хворі зазначеного контингенту характеризуються низькою самооцінкою власного здоров’я, сприйняття та усвідомлення онкозахворювання як загрозливого та небезпечного. Рівень психічного здоров’я хворі сприймали менш негативно та песимістично через відсутність усвідомлення депресивного розладу. Отримані дані свідчать про знижену якість життя внаслідок зниження фізичного функціонування та обмеження повсякденного функціонування.

The purpose of the work is to investigate the peculiarities of the perception of mental and somatic states by patients with endometrial cancer combined with obesity and to identify its impact on the quality of life of the abovementioned patients. Peculiarities of perception of depressive disorder and cancer in patients with cancer of uterus, which is comorbid with obesity, were studied in 94 female patients with endometrial cancer comorbid with obesity, It was established that the patients of this contingent are characterized by low self-esteem of their own health, perception and awareness of cancer as threatening and dangerous. Patients perceived the level of mental health less negatively and pessimistically due to the lack of awareness of a depressive disorder. The obtained data indicate a reduced quality of life due to a decrease in physical functioning and limitation of daily functioning.
