Кваліфікаційну роботу присвячено аналізу сучасного стану автоматизації інформаційних систем та телемедицини в університетських клініках. Розглянуто теоретичні основи функціонування автоматизованих інформаційних систем (АІС) у медичній галузі, їх роль у покращенні управлінських та лікувально-діагностичних процесів. Визначено ключові аспекти телемедицини, включаючи її розвиток, напрями впровадження та використання інноваційних технологій.
Досліджено можливості автоматизації бізнес-процесів в університетських клініках та вплив цифровізації на якість медичних послуг. Проаналізовано переваги та виклики впровадження телемедичних технологій у сферу охорони здоров’я. Розглянуто приклад використання автоматизованих інформаційних систем та телемедицини в організації роботи університетських клінік, що дозволяє оптимізувати управлінські, освітні та лікувальні процеси.
Запропоновано практичні рекомендації щодо підвищення ефективності впровадження автоматизованих інформаційних систем і телемедичних рішень у діяльність університетських клінік, включаючи інтеграцію новітніх технологій, навчання персоналу, удосконалення технічної інфраструктури та розвиток науково-дослідних платформ.
The qualification thesis is devoted to the analysis of the current state of automation of information systems and telemedicine in university clinics. The theoretical foundations of the functioning of automated information systems (AIS) in the medical field are examined, along with their role in improving managerial, therapeutic, and diagnostic processes. Key aspects of telemedicine are identified, including its development, directions of implementation, and the use of innovative technologies.
The thesis explores the possibilities of automating business processes in university clinics and the impact of digitalization on the quality of medical services. It analyzes the advantages and challenges of implementing telemedicine technologies in health care. A case study of the use of automated information systems and telemedicine in organizing the work of university clinics is presented, demonstrating their potential to optimize management, educational, and clinical processes.
