В кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено теоретичні аспекти стратегічного управління в закладах охорони здоров’я. Вивчено особливості сучасного етапу реформування системи охорони здоров’я: впровадження стратегічних планів розвитку. Досліджено основні елементи стратегії розвитку закладу охорони здоров’я: загальні рекомендації щодо їх впровадження. Визначено особливе місце Національної академії медичних наук України в реформуванні національної системи охорони здоров’я. Надано характеристику Державної установи «Інститут очних хвороб і тканинної терапії ім. В. П. Філатова НАМН України». Проаналізовано сучасний стан стратегічного планування та конкурентне середовище Державної установи «Інститут очних хвороб і тканинної терапії ім. В. П. Філатова НАМН України». Надано пропозиції щодо формування місії, цілей, цінностей стратегії розвитку Державної установи «Інститут очних хвороб і тканинної терапії ім. В. П. Філатова НАМН України». Запропоновано напрями, цілі, завдання, заходи, результати для стратегії розвитку Державної установи «Інститут очних хвороб і тканинної терапії ім. В. П. Філатова НАМН України».
This qualification thesis explores the theoretical aspects of strategic management in health care institutions. It examines the specific features of the current stage of health care system reform, with a focus on the implementation of strategic development plans. The core elements of a development strategy for a health care institution are studied, along with general recommendations for their implementation.
The work defines the unique role of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine in the reform of the national health care system. A detailed overview is provided of the State Institution “The V. P. Filatov Institute of Eye Diseases and Tissue Therapy of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine.” The current state of strategic planning and the competitive environment of the institution are analyzed. Proposals are made for defining the mission, goals, and values for the development strategy of the Filatov Institute. Additionally, key directions, objectives, tasks, activities, and expected outcomes are proposed for the strategy of the institution’s development.
