Кваліфікаційну роботу присвячено питанням використання технологій стратегічного менеджменту в закладах охорони здоров’я в сучасних умовах трансформації медичної сфери. Досліджено теоретичні аспекти стратегічного управління в закладах охорони здоров'я; вивчено основні принципи використання стратегічного мислення в закладах охорони здоров'я; охарактеризовано технології стратегічного менеджменту як ключові інструменти покращення роботи закладів охорони здоров’я; проаналізовано особливості управління забезпеченням лікарськими засобами в медичних установах; надано характеристику методів та моделей стратегічного управління забезпеченням лікарськими засобами в медичних установах; визначено основні проблеми у забезпеченні лікарськими засобами вітчизняних медичних установ; окреслено вплив законодавчих чинників на постачання лікарських засобів медичним установам; надано пропозиції з підвищення ефективності забезпечення лікарськими засобами медичних установ; запропоновано напрямки удосконалення стратегічного менеджменту для оптимізації процесів і покращення доступності лікарських засобів.
This qualification thesis is dedicated to the application of strategic management technologies in health care institutions under current conditions of transformation within the medical sector. The theoretical aspects of strategic management in health care facilities are examined, and the main principles of applying strategic thinking in these institutions are studied. Strategic management technologies are characterized as key tools for improving the performance of health care facilities. The thesis analyzes the peculiarities of managing the supply of medicines in medical institutions and provides an overview of methods and models of strategic management related to medicine supply. It identifies the main challenges in the pharmaceutical supply of domestic health care institutions and outlines the impact of legislative factors on the supply of medicines to medical facilities. Proposals are offered to enhance the efficiency of medicine provision in health care institutions, along with directions for improving strategic management in order to optimize processes and improve access to medicines.
