Abstract

Stress resistance is a component of personality adaptability. The best results are achieved by military personnel who have the highest psychological readiness for extreme situations. Stress resistance of military personnel can be formed by providing appropriate conditions and factors and using socio-psychological technologies for psychological correction of stressful conditions. The purpose of the research was to analyze the dynamics of individual indicators of stress resistance of military personnel and to study the possibilities of its formation in those who were recently mobilized. 26 servicemen took part in the study (experimental group – servicemen who were recently mobilized, control group – servicemen with combat experience). The duration of the study is three months. The analysis was carried out by measuring indicators of mental reliability, emotional stability and features of self-regulation properties. The assessment of mental reliability was carried out using the Milman method. As a result of the formative experiment, the experimental group is so close to the indicators of the control group that there are no significant differences between the values of the obtained results. Prophylactic work aimed at the formation of stress resistance of military personnel prevents the development of stress disorders and increases the readiness of the individual to resist negative factors, stabilizes the neuropsychotic state and improves the performance of military personnel.

Стресостійкість є компонентом адаптивності особистості. Найкращих результатів досягають військовослужбовці, що мають найвищу психологічну готовність до екстремальних ситуацій. Метою роботи був аналіз динаміки індивідуальних показників стресостійкості військовослужбовців та вивчення можливостей ії формування у тих, хто був нещодавно мобілізований. В дослідженні прийняло участь 26 військовослужбовців (експериментальна група – військовослужбовці, хто був нещодавно мобілізований, контрольну групу – військовослужбовці з бойовим досвідом). Тривалість дослідження три місяця. Аналіз проводився за допомогою виміру показників психічної надійності, емоційної стійкості та особливостей властивостей саморегуляції. Оцінка психічної надійності проведена за допомогою методики Мільмана. В результаті експериментальна група настільки наблизилась до показників контрольної, що між величинами значень показів, достовірних відмінностей не прослідковується. Профілактична робота, направлена на формування стресостійкості військовослужбовців, запобігає розвитку стресових розладів та підвищує готовність особистості протистояти негативним факторам, стабілізує нервово-психічний стан та покращує працездатність військовослужбовців.
