Why and how do doctors violate the fourth law of logic?

Abstract

This research is a continuation of the study of the medical errors nature. The breadth of the spread of errors in health care and their financial burden are evidenced by works. The choice of research in this direction is justified by the relevance of the existing problem in the health care of countries with the most diverse levels of national culture, economic development, and types of health care systems. This study aims to examine the prevalence and nature of medical errors associated with violating the fourth law of logic. The study material was based on the data of studies by other authors studying the problem of medical errors, as well as the materials of our observations carried out at the Department of Pediatrics of the Odessa National Medical University. The methods of statistical observation, logical analysis, deduction, and induction were used.
