Abstract:
This study proposes an enhanced FIGO classification for uterine fibroids, improving diagnostic precision and treatment planning for reproductive-age patients. The updated system allows for detailed fibroid localization and size assessment, optimizing surgical outcomes and postoperative care, ultimately enhancing pregnancy planning and ART preparation.
