Abstract:
Modern pharmaceutical companies operate in
the conditions of global competition, where supply
prevails over demand, and consumer demands for
product quality are growing. This places additional
requirements on the development process: on the one
hand, it complicates development, and on the other
hand, it creates favorable conditions for innovation
and change.
The pharmaceutical environment, which dynamically evolves, requires continuous adaptation and
can become the basis for achieving a leading position
when a new technology or product emerges. Changes for pharmaceutical enterprises are becoming a
constant phenomenon and a necessary condition for
ensuring competitive advantages, increasing market
value and integrating enterprises into the global
economic context. That is why it is important for the
pharmaceutical industry to find new strategies and
improve existing change management tools.
