and change.
The pharmaceutical environment, which dynamically evolves, requires continuous adaptation and
can become the basis for achieving a leading position
when a new technology or product emerges. Changes for pharmaceutical enterprises are becoming a
constant phenomenon and a necessary condition for
ensuring competitive advantages, increasing market
value and integrating enterprises into the global
economic context. That is why it is important for the
pharmaceutical industry to find new strategies and
improve existing change management tools.
