Modern teaching methods аt the department of anesthesiology, intensive care and emergency medicine

Abstract

Globalization and integration processes, technologies and informatization, occurring in all spheres of society, lead to significant transformations іп higher medical education. Fast development of the latest technologies actualizes the need to modernize the domestic system of medical education, rethinks an approach for education at universities of competitive doctors who are able to quickly adapt to changes in the field of health care. In this context, it is expedient to take into account advanced foreign experience, priority ways and directions of reform of a higher medical school to fulfill а set of tasks defined by the National Strategy for the Development of Education in Ukraine. Regulatory and legal documents emphasize the need to modernize higher medical education, update curricula and programs on the basis of patient-centered professional training of future doctors, and introduce innovations, primarily computer-oriented educational systems and electronic educational resources.
