dc.description.abstract Clinical experience shows that even small violations in the technique of performing mandibular anesthesia have a negative impact on its effectiveness. There are also a number of factors that do not depend on the skills of the doctor, but make it extremely difficult to perform it. The aim of the work was to increase the effectiveness and safety of conduction anesthesia on the lower jaw by developing a universal auxiliary tool. In the anatomical part, the anthropometric indicators of 91 dry anatomical preparations of the lower jaw of adults were studied. The X-ray part of the study was carried out using a computer tomograph Sirona ORTHOPHOS SL. The corresponding anthropometric indicators were studied on 420 tomograms and orthopantomograms of the lower jaw of adults. en
