Інноваційні технології в сучасній системі освіти

Abstract

Інновацію в освіті розглядають як реалізоване нововведення у змісті, методах, прийомах і формах навчальної діяльності та виховання особистості (як методики, технології), у змісті та формах організації управління освітньою системою, а також в організаційній структурі закладів освіти, у засобах навчання та виховання і у підходах до соціальних послуг в освіті. Впровадження сучасних інформаційних технологій, відповідних міжнародним освітнім стандартам, а також забезпечення всіх необхідних умов для плідної роботи вчителів, викладачів, педагогів виробничого навчання є стратегічними пріоритетами у сфері освіти. Адже інформаційні технології допомагають викладачам вивести навчальний процес на якісно новий рівень. Інноваційні методи навчання – це не тільки використання найпередовіших технологій у класі або постійне відстеження останніх тенденцій у галузі освіти, це методи викладання та навчання. Вони акцентовані на використанні нових стратегій навчання, які найбільше орієнтовані на студентів. У статті наведено характеристику основних державних нормативних актів з питань забезпечення інноваційної діяльності в Україні на загальнодержавному та регіональному рівнях. Розкрито державно-нормативну базу інноваційної діяльності керівників та педагогів закладів освіти. Акцентовано увагу на пріоритетних напрямках інноваційної діяльності у сфері освіти. У роботі розглядаються застосування різних інноваційних технологій в освіті, активне та ефективне впровадження яких є важливим фактором створення інноваційної системи освіти, що відповідає вимогам інформаційного суспільства та процесу зміни традиційної системи освіти в реаліях сучасного суспільства. Ефективна організація нововведень залежить від розвитку його потенціалу, професійної компетентності педагогічного колективу до роботи в умовах пошуку, створення науково-методичної та матеріально-технічної підтримки інноваційних змін.

Innovation in education is considered as a realized innovation in the content, methods, techniques and forms of educational activity and personality education (such as methods, technologies), in the content and forms of organizing the management of the educational system, as well as in the organizational structure of educational institutions, in the means of education and upbringing and in approaches to social services in education. The introduction of modern information technologies that meet international educational standards, as well as the provision of all necessary conditions for the fruitful work of teachers, lecturers, pedagogues of industrial training are strategic priorities in the field of education. After all, information technologies help teachers to bring the educational process to a qualitatively new level. Innovative teaching methods are not only the use of the most advanced technologies in the classroom or the constant monitoring of the latest trends in the field of education, they are methods of teaching and learning. They are focused on using new learning strategies that are most student-centered. The article provides a description of the main state normative acts on the issues of ensuring innovative activity in Ukraine at the national and regional levels. The state-normative base of the innovative activities of managers and teachers of educational institutions has been revealed. Attention is focused on the priority areas of innovative activity in the field of education. The work considers the application of various innovative technologies in education, the active and effective implementation of which is an important factor in creating an innovative education system that meets the requirements of the information society and the process of changing the traditional education system in the realities of modern society. The effective organization of innovations depends on the development of its potential, the professional competence of the teaching staff to work in search conditions, the creation of scientific-methodical and material-technical support for innovative changes.
