Інтеграція інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій в освітній процес медичних ЗВО для розвитку цифрової компетентності

Abstract

Актуальність впровадження інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій (ІКТ) в освітній процес медичних закладів вищої освіти визначається новітніми вимогами до освіти та професійного розвитку в медицині. Враховуючи стрімку модернізацію технологій у сфері охорони здоров’я та інформаційних систем, необхідно забезпечити високий рівень цифрової компетентності майбутніх фахівців. Це є необхідною умовою для успішної роботи у медицині, оскільки вона передбачає вміння працювати з інформаційними системами, аналізувати велику кількість даних та використовувати технології для підвищення якості медичної допомоги. Мета дослідження полягає у висвітленні значення інтеграції інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій в освітній процес медичних закладів вищої освіти; аналіз переваг ІКТ у навчанні майбутніх лікарів та шляхи оптимізації освітнього процесу за допомогою технологій сучасності.

In our rapidly evolving world, integrating information and communication technologies (ICT) into all spheres of life is becoming essential, and education is not left behind. Especially in medical schools, where the demand for highly qualified specialists is constantly growing, ICT is a key to developing the digital competence of future healthcare professionals. Digitalisation, a critical factor in medical progress, is radically changing the healthcare system. Using big data, advanced analytics, telemedicine, and other technological advances opens up many opportunities to improve patient care and develop precision medicine. Digital transformation is affecting all areas of healthcare. While some initiatives, including political and federal ones, are driving the digital transformation of the healthcare system, there is a varying level of knowledge of digital applications and tools among practitioners. From the point of view of a medical educator, the inclusion of digital competences in medical education is becoming an essential task due to the rapid development of healthcare technologies. This requires revision and modernisation of curricula to meet modern requirements and challenges. Teachers at medical universities and colleges should be prepared to teach students how to use the latest digital tools and how to think critically and analyse information from digital sources.
