Abstract:
Modern treatment of community-acquired pneumonia (CAP) should take into account various links of pathogenesis, in particular, violations of the ventilation function of the lungs and changes in mucociliary clearance (MCC), characteristic of the course of CAP. MCC is the most important mechanism that ensures sanitation of the respiratory tract and is one of the main mechanisms of the system of local protection of the respiratory tract. The purpose: to study the effect of high-frequency chest wall oscillation on indicators of the ventilation function of the lungs in children with community-acquired pneumonia.
