Development of the composition and technology of the anti-inflammatory gel for the relief of symptoms in diseases of the musculoskeletal system

Abstract

Today, millions of people suffer from inflammatory diseases of the musculoskeletal system. At the same time, they are usually prescribed non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, which usually relieve pain and inflammation, but they have a lot of side effects for humans, including disorders of the gastrointestinal tract, up to ulcerative colitis, as well as headache, dizziness, imbalance, leukopenia, tinnitus, etc. Therefore, in order to reduce suffering from pain and reduce the number of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs taken, it is important to create a phytoremedial product that does not have side effects, can be used for a long time and is socially accessible to the general population. The goal of the work is to develop a gel composition on a natural basis to relieve pain in diseases of the musculoskeletal system. We have analyzed literary sources, we offer a gel based on Polyethylene Oxide (PEO) 400 and 1500, which contains a standardized extract from therapeutic Kuyalnytsk mud «Pelodex», glycerin, tinctures of arnica and wormwood.
