Функціональний нирковий резерв у хворих на СНІД

Abstract

Одним з найважливіших критеріїв ступеня ушкодження нирок і виявлення прихованих порушень клубочкової фільтрації є визначення функціонального ниркового резерву (ФНР). Метою нашого дослідження було вивчення стану ФНР і його особливостей у хворих на СНІД. Вивчали функції нирок після водно-сольового навантаження у 10 хворих на СНІД, а також у 10 пацієнтів без СНІДу (група порівняння). Дослідження демонструють значні діагностичні можливості визначення ФНР. Проведені розрахунки вказують на ступінь ушкодження як нирок взагалі, так і, особливо, кожного нефрона. Своєчасні діагностика і лікування ниркової патології у хворих на СНІД є необхідним елементом тактики їх ведення та профілактики розвитку хронічного захворювання нирок.

One of the most important criteria for the degree of kidney damage and identify hidden violations of glomerular filtration is the determination of renal functional reserve (RFR). The aim of our study was to examine the state of the RFR and its course characteristics in patients with AIDS. The study of renal function after the water-salt load in 10 AIDS patients and 10 patients without AIDS (group of comparison). Studies have demonstrated significant diagnostic capabilities of RFR definition. The carried out analysis indicate the degree of damage, both renal in general and, particularly, for each of nephrons. Timely diagnosis and treatment of renal disease in patients with AIDS is an essential element of their tactics of management and prevention of chronic kidney disease.
