Сторітелінг як засіб комунікативної компетентності на клінічних кафедрах вищих медичних навчальних закладів

Abstract

Анотація. Усі медичні заклади вирішують складні завдання, пов’язані з наданням високопрофесійної медичної допомоги, що супроводжується постійною взаємодією персоналу та пацієнтів. Надмірне використання і залежність від сучасних технологій все більше призводить до віддалення лікаря від свого пацієнта, через що медичні працівники можуть дещо ігнорувати почуття та психологічний стан хворого. Мета статті полягає в дослідженні та обґрунтуванні ролі сторітелінгу як ефективного засобу впливу на розвиток комунікативної компетентності студентів на клінічних кафедрах вищих медичних навчальних закладів. Стаття спрямована на визначення конкретних механізмів і практичних аспектів використання сторітелінгу в медичній освіті для підвищення навичок міжособистісної взаємодії, розвитку емпатії та покращення професійної комунікації студентів, що спеціалізуються на клінічних дисциплінах. Сторітелінг в медичних закладах допомагає занурюватися в глибину історій та досвіду. Правильна історія та подача її лікарем може зменшити страх і тривогу пацієнта, пояснити складні медичні проблеми доступною мовою. При цьому сторітелінг враховує психосоціальні аспекти лікування, зосереджуючись не лише на лікуванні симптомів, але й на власних переживаннях хворого. Впровадження сторітелінгу в навчальний процес медичних вишів дає студентам змогу легше опановувати складні теми занять, розуміти етичні аспекти медицини та сформувати емпатію до пацієнтів. Здобувачі медичної освіти, які аналізують історії та виклики своїх старших колег, здатні краще зрозуміти свою майбутню професію й обрати спеціальність, а також набути навичок професійної комунікації. Сторітелінг у медицині слугує не лише засобом передачі певної інформації, а й інструментом трансформації медичного досвіду. Через обґрунтовані історії лікарі й пацієнти можуть ділитися своїм досвідом та історіями, створюючи взаєморозуміння і взаємоповагу. Такий підхід у сучасній медицині, яка заповнена новітніми комп’ютерними технологіями, сприяє більш стійкому зв’язку між учасниками системи охорони здоров’я.

Annotation. All medical institutions solve complex tasks related to providing highly professional medical care and constant interaction between staff and patients. Excessive use and dependence on medical technology increasingly lead to distancing the doctor from his patient, due to which medical workers can somewhat ignore the feelings and psychological state of the patient. The article aims to research and substantiate the role of storytelling as an effective means of influencing the development of communicative competence of students at clinical departments of higher medical educational institutions; to determine the specific mechanisms and practical aspects of using storytelling in medical education to improve interpersonal skills, develop empathy, and improve professional communication of students specializing in clinical disciplines. Storytelling in medical institutions allows you to immerse yourself in the depth of stories and experiences. The correct history and its presentation by the doctor can reduce the patient's fear and anxiety and explain complex medical problems in accessible language. At the same time, storytelling considers the psychosocial aspects of treatment, focusing on the treatment of symptoms and the patient's own experiences. The introduction of storytelling into the educational process of medical institutions allows students to master complex subjects more easily, understand the ethical aspects of medicine, and develop empathy for patients. Medical students who analyze the stories and challenges of their senior colleagues can understand their future profession better and choose a specialty, as well as learn professional communication skills. Storytelling in medicine serves as a means of transmitting certain information and a tool for transforming the medical experience. Doctors and patients can share their experiences and stories through grounded stories, creating mutual understanding and respect. This approach in modern medicine, which is filled with the latest computer technologies, contributes to a more stable connection between the health care system participants.
