Abstract:
Stress, especially long-term, anxiety disorders, depression is a powerful stressor that triggers a chain of stress reactions in response to various factors, and the human body’s response to such an effect can be unpredictable. Under the influence of a stressor, not only
the work of internal organs changes, but also behavior. Changes in a person’s eating behavior range from almost complete refusal to eat or overeating. If it happens in the acute phase, then it is not a cause for concern, provided there are no health problems, active production of stress hormones, activation of natural reactions and not a long period. But, if nothing changes after the acute phase, then this leads to the appearance of an eating disorder.
