A particularly promising field of study phytotherapeutic agents are aromatic plants. Several species of aromatic plants are used medicinally because of their volatile oils or chemical components. Aromatic plants are at present widely studied for their large therapeutic potential and benefits. Various examinations have shown that herbs have powerful antioxidant properties, because of the
amount and nature of phenolic compounds presentin them [1]. Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis L.) is a restorative herb that is broadly utilized throughout the world. |
