Introduction. Tire production is one of the most dangerous productions in terms of the risk of man-caused environmental pollution, causes various negative disturbances in the body and leads to pathological changes in the body, including tissues of the oral cavity. Purpose of the study. Study of the developed step-by-step treatment and prophylaxis complex effectiveness assessment of the dental status of tire production workers. Materials and methods. In the researches took part 48 workers at the age of 30–50 years. Patients of the main group in addition to basic therapy received a step-by-step 2 times a year developed therapeutic and prophylactic complex. Results. Conclusions. It is shown that the therapeutic and prophylactic complex, including detoxification,
adaptogenic, antioxidant, immunomodulating, capillary-strengthening and anti-inflammatory drugs, regulating microbiocenosis, enhancing enzyme activity, effectively normalized indices of inflammatory process in periodontal tissues, bleeding gums and oral hygiene.
Показано, что применение 2 раза в году поэтапно разработанного для рабочих шинного производства
лечебно-профилактического комплекса, включавшего препараты детоксикационного, адаптогенного, антиоксидантного, иммуномоделирующего, капилляроукрепляющего и противовоспалительного действия,
регулирующие микробиоценоз, усиливающие ферментативную активность, эффективно нормализовали у
них показатели воспалительного процесса в тканях пародонта, кровоточивости дёсен и уровень гигиены
полости рта. Результаты клинической оценки стоматологического статуса рабочих шинного производства,
проведенные в процессе лечебно-профилактических мероприятий, коррелируют с нормализацией биохимических показателей ротовой жидкости и биофизическими показателями функциональных реакций полости рта у них.
