У статті представлені сучасні підходи та особливості
викладання здобувачам вищої освіти шостого курсу та лікарям-інтернам
за фахом «Внутрішня медицина» під час запровадження військового
стану в Україні та з переходом на дистанційне навчання. Застосування
інноваційних засобів, мультимедійних технологій, модулювання
клінічної ситуації, більш детальне спілкування дозволяє майбутнім
лікарям отримувати необхідні знання на практичні навички згідно
робочої програми. Підвищення якості професійної підготовки
здобувачам вищої освіти відповідно до світових і загальноєвропейських
стандартів відбувається з метою посилення конкурентоспроможності вітчизняної вищої медичної освіти, оптимізації умов для міжнародної
мобільності здобувачам вищої освіти-медиків і розширення
можливостей українських медичних фахівців на вітчизняному та
міжнародному ринку. На протязі останніх двох років з початком
введення карантинних обмежень, спричинених коронавірусною
інфекцією, з переходом системи вищої медичної освіти на
інтерактивний рівень дистанційного навчання, в Одеському
національному медичному університеті застосовуються різноманітні
методи активного викладання та методів оцінки засвоєного матеріалу, а
саме: ділові та рольові ігри, тренінги, кейс-технології, засновані на
комплектуванні наборів (кейсів) мультимедійних навчальнометодичних матеріалів тощо.
Дистанційне навчання в надзвичайних умовах дозволяє не
зупиняти навчальний процес, надає здобувачам вищої освіти
можливість освоїти освітню програму безпосередньо за місцем
проживання (або тимчасового безпечного перебування) зручним для
них способом.
Від рівня підготовки майбутніх лікарів залежить якість надання
медичної допомоги населенню країни. Формування якісного фахівця в
умовах воєнного стану – виклик сьогодення, який потребує від кожного
з нас максимальної активізації своїх професійних і людських якостей.
The article presents modern approaches and peculiarities of
teaching to students of the sixth year of higher education and interns in the
specialty "Internal Medicine" during the introduction of martial law in
Ukraine and with the transition to distance learning. The use of innovative
tools, multimedia technologies, modulation of the clinical situation, more
detailed communication allows future doctors to acquire the necessary
knowledge for practical skills according to the work program. Improving the
quality of professional training for higher education students in accordance
with global and pan-European standards is aimed at strengthening the
competitiveness of domestic higher medical education, optimizing the
conditions for international mobility of medical higher education students,
and expanding the opportunities of Ukrainian medical specialists on the
domestic and international market. During the last two years, with the
beginning of the introduction of quarantine restrictions caused by the
coronavirus infection, with the transition of the higher medical education
system to the interactive level of distance learning, various methods of active
teaching and methods of evaluating the learned material are used at the Odesa
National Medical University, namely: business and role-playing games ,
trainings, case technologies, based on the completion of sets (cases) of
multimedia educational and methodological materials, etc.
Distance learning in emergency conditions allows not to stop the
educational process, gives higher education students the opportunity to
master the educational program directly at their place of residence (or
temporary safe stay) in a way convenient for them.
The quality of providing medical care to the country's population
depends on the level of training of future doctors. The formation of a highquality specialist in the conditions of martial law is a challenge of the present,
which requires each of us to maximize the activation of our professional and
human qualities.
