Abstract:
This brief description highlights some practical aspects for cardiologists regarding the
effects of environmental pollution, including the causal role of fine particulate matter (PM)
on hypertension development and prognosis, pathophysiological mechanisms, and
potential approaches to minimise risks and improve blood pressure (BP) control.
