Thus, the conducted experimental-clinical study shows the necessity and eff ectiveness of the
proposed complex of therapeutic measures for toxic (methanol) damage to the optic nerve, aimed
at improving metabolic processes and blood circulation, which contributes to the restoration of
the myelin sheath around the axial cylinders of the optic nerve fi bers and, accordingly, leads to
accelerating the implementation of the action potential for the revival of the analysis of visual
information.
The course of neuroprotective treatment includes courses of low-intensity laser therapy of the retina /
optic nerve disc every 6 months with continuous support with a vitamin-antioxidant complex of the AREDS formula, fortifi ed with vitamin D3, omega-3 PUFA and resveratrol (1 mg) (Nutrof ® Forte),
which should be carried out at least 3 years.
Проведенное экспериментально-клиническое исследование показывает необходимость
и эффективность предложенного комплекса лечебных мероприятий при токсическом (метаноловом) поражении зрительного нерва, направленного на улучшение метаболических процессов и кровообращения, что способствует восстановлению миелиновой оболочки вокруг
осевых цилиндров волокон зрительного нерва и, соответственно, ведет к ускорению проведения потенциала действия на возрождение анализа зрительной информации.
Курс нейропротекторного лечения включает курсы низкоинтенсивной лазерной терапии
сетчатки/ДЗН каждые 6 месяцев с непрерывной поддержкой не менее 3 лет витаминно-антиоксидантным комплексом Нутроф® Форте формулы AREDS, усиленной витамином D3, омега-3
ПНЖК и ресвератролом (1 мг).
