Дослідження генетичних предикторів остеопорозу (огляд літератури)

Abstract

Огляд присвячено проблемам використання генетичних досліджень у прогнозі розвитку остеопорозу, результатів лікування та профілактики. На прикладі зниження мінеральної щільності кісткової тканини автори демонструють принципові відмінності між загальноклінічними підходами та результатами генетичних досліджень. Продемонстровано, як недостатність поліморфізму генів, що регулюють систему OPG/RANKL/RANK, призводить до розбіжності результатів загальноклінічних досліджень у пацієнтів різних груп. Загальновизнаним генетичним маркером остеопорозу є поліморфізм гена RANK (RS3018362).

The review is devoted to the problems of using genetic studies to predict the development of osteoporosis, the results of its treatment and prevention. Using the example of a decrease in bone mineral density, the authors demonstrate the fundamental differences between general clinical approaches and the results of genetic studies. It is shown how the underestimation of the polymorphism of the genes regulating the OPG/RANKL/RANK system leads to discrepancies in the results of general clinical studies in patients of different groups. The generally accepted genetic marker of osteoporosis is the RANK (rs3018362) gene polymorphism.
