Аналіз якості освіти лікарів-інтернів спеціальності «Внутрішні хвороби» в умовах дистанційного навчання

Abstract

Впровадження протиепідемічних заходів, спрямованих на запобігання розповсюдження коронавірусної хвороби під час хвиль пандемії COVID-19, сприяло здійсненню навчального процесу у більшості закладів освіти України у дистанційній формі. У вищих медичних закладах лікаріінтерни очної частини інтернатури також знаходились на дистанційному навчанні, що додатково було обумовлене їхньою практичною діяльністю з пацієнтами, у тому числі хворими на COVID-19. Забезпечення навчального процесу у дистанційній формі потребувало реорганізації навчання, зміни у виборі методичних і дидактичних підходів, що мали відповідати задачам навчання. Проведена робота має бути оцінена щодо ефективності реорганізації навчального процесу для дистанційного навчання і якості вирішення задач поглиблення теоретичних знань, набуття та відпрацювання практичних навичок надання медичної допомоги з урахуванням сучасних підходів і принципів доказової медицини. Така оцінка може бути об’єктивною і суб’єктивною, наданою учасниками навчального процесу. В статті проведено аналіз результатів анкетування лікарів-інтернів спеціальності «Внутрішні хвороби» щодо оцінки ефективності дистанційної форми навчання. Анкетування здобувачів освіти, як однієї з сторін навчального процесу, було направлене на з’ясування ставлення лікаря-інтерна до впроваджених дидактичних підходів до дистанційного викладання, оцінювання, відпрацювань і, взагалі, змісту навчання та рівня викладання навчальної програми дисципліни. Опитування включало 20 питань, розподілених на 4 блоки, що відображали суб’єктивне сприйняття ключових особливостей дистанційного навчання. Аналіз анкетування серед лікарів-інтернів показав, що вони вважають якість медичної освіти в умовах дистанційного навчання достатньою. Поряд з цим, з окремих питань слухачами відмічалась суб’єктивно недосконала організація відпрацювання практичних навичок, знань та вмінь при дистанційній формі навчання. Так як ці компетенції є важливою складовою в подальшій клінічній практиці лікаря-спеціаліста, існує потреба у розробці і впроваджені відповідних учбово-методичних матеріалів, які будуть відповідати можливостям дистанційного навчання і задовольняти потребу лікарів-інтернів у засвоєні практичних навичок.

The provision of anti-epidemic measures aimed at preventing the spread of the coronavirus disease during the waves of the COVID-19 pandemic contributed to the implementation of the educational process in the majority of educational institutions of Ukraine in a distance form. In higher medical institutions, interns of the full-time part of the internship also attended distance learning, which was additionally due to their practical work with patients, including those with COVID-19. Ensuring the educational process in a distance form requires the reorganization of education, changes in the choice of methodical and didactic approaches that had to meet the objectives of education. The work carried out should be evaluated from the point of view of the effectiveness of the reorganization of the process for distance learning and the quality of solving the problems of deepening theoretical knowledge, acquiring and working out the practical skills of providing medical care, taking into account modern approaches and principles of evidencebased medicine. Such assessment can be objective and subjective, provided by the participants of the educational process. The article analyzes the results of the survey of interns of the specialty "Internal Diseases" regarding the assessment of distance education. The survey of education seekers, as one of the sides of the educational process, was aimed at clarifying the attitude of the intern doctor to the implemented didactic approaches to distance teaching, assessment, work off and, in general, the content of education and the level of teaching of the curriculum of the discipline. The survey included 20 questions, divided into 4 blocks, reflecting the subjective perception of the key features of distance education. The analysis of the questionnaire of intern doctors showed that they consider the quality of medical education in distance learning conditions to be sufficient. At the same time, on some issues, the applicants noted the subjectively imperfect organization of working out practical skills, knowledge and skills in the distance form of education. Since these competencies are an important component in the further clinical practice of a doctor, there is a need to develop and implement appropriate educational and methodological materials that will meet the possibilities of distance learning and satisfy the need of intern doctors to learn practical skills.
