Вплив води озер українського Придунав’я на функціональний стан деяких систем організму здорових щурів

Abstract

Однією з актуальних проблем, яка помітно стримує соціально-економічний розвиток Українського Придунав’я, є незадовільна екологічна ситуація, погіршення екологічного стану Придунайських озер та низька якість води, якою користується частина населення. Негативними чинниками щодо сталого зростання субрегіону виступають застарілі й екологічно небезпечні технології у всіх галузях, зокрема, у сільському господарстві.

The functional state of the central and vegetative nervous system, liver and kidneys of healthy rats after the influence upon them of the waters of the lakes Kagul, Yalpyg-Kugurluy, Katlabuh has been studied. The investigation has been done at the regime of two weeks free access. The experimental data obtained testify that the water did not influence on the functional state of kidneys. When the animals were tested in the “open field” device, it was revealed that all samples of water led to the excitement of CNS. All the animals showed a significant increase of sleeping time at the thiopental test. It also proves about excitement of CNS and proves the data obtained at “open field” test (р<0.05). The duration of pharmaceutical sleep in all experimental groups was reduced at thiopental test. It proves about liver’s antitoxic function (р<0.001). It should be mentioned that the use of all samples by the animals leads to the one-directed changes of functional activity which are equal one another.
