Оценены превентивные возможности препарата Лонгидаза® в комплексном лечении приобретенного стеноза шейки мочевого пузыря, развившегося на фоне хронического воспаления предстательной железы. Воздействие препарата является этиопатогенетическим, влияя не только на место операционной травмы, но и на основную причину развития стеноза шейки мочевого пузыря – хронический простатит. Применение Лонгидазы® в послеоперационном периоде позволило значительно улучшить уродинамику нижних мочевых путей и предупредить развитие рецидива заболевания.
Preventive possibilities of «Longidaza» preparation in complex treatment of acquired stenosis of the neck of the urinary bladder, which developed against a background of chronic inflammation of the prostate gland, are evaluated. The effect of the drug is etiopathogenetic, affecting not only the place of the operating injury, but also the main cause of the development of stenosis of the neck of the bladder - chronic prostatitis. The use of «Longidaza» in the postoperative period significantly improved the urodynamics of the lower urinary tract and prevented the recurrence of the disease.
