The influence of polymorphism of genes for detoxification GSTM1 N / del (+) / (0), matrix metalloproteinase MMP9 8202A> G (rs11697325), vitamin D receptor VDR T352C (rs10735810), as well as VEGFA і IL-4 in children with bronchial diseases of the oral cavity. It was shown that the presence of functionally significant genetic polymorphisms of the genes GSTM1 MMP9 (-8202 A> G), VDR (T352C) reduces the
resistance of the organism as a whole, increasing the likelihood of bronchial asthma and oral diseases in children. Children with bronchial asthma in the study group had the G allele of the C634G polymorphism of the VEGFA gene (66 %) and, accordingly, a potentially increased level of VEGF, manifested in increased angiogenesis and a tendency to both an allergic reaction and inflammation in the periodontal tissues. Heterozygous CT and homozygous TT IL-4 genotypes were less common in children with bronchial asthma than in healthy children.
Проведена оценка влияния полиморфизма генов детоксикации GSTM1 N/del(+)/(0), матриксной металлопротеиназы ММP9 8202A>G (rs11697325), рецептора вітаміну D VDR T352C (rs10735810), а также VEGFA і IL-4 у детей з бронхиальной астмой на заболевания полости рта. Показано, что наличие функционально значимых генетических полиморфизмов генов GSTM1 ММР9 (-8202 A>G), VDR (T352C) снижает резистентность организма в целом, повышая вероятность возникновения бронхиальной астмы и заболеваний полости рта у детей. Дети с бронхиальной астмой в исследуемой группе имели аллель G полиморфизма C634G гена VEGFA (66 %) и соответственно потенциально повышенный уровень VEGF, проявляющийся в усиленном ангиогенезе и склонности, как к аллергической реакции, так и к воспалению в тканях пародонта. Гетерозиготный СТ и гомозиготный ТТ генотипы IL-4 у детей с бронхиальной астмой встречались реже, чем у здоровых детей.
