<title>The Evolution of Gender Equality in the Context of Social Transformation and War</title>
<link>https://repo.odmu.edu.ua:443/xmlui/handle/123456789/19195</link>
<description>The Evolution of Gender Equality in the Context of Social Transformation and War
Druzhkova, I.
Abstract: The article analyzes the historical and psychological factors influencing the development &#13;
of gender equality in Ukraine amidst war and profound societal transformation. It demonstrates that &#13;
perceptions of female and male roles have undergone a complex historical evolution from patriarchal &#13;
cultural traditions and the masculine military heroism of the Cossack era to the Soviet model of formal &#13;
equality and the post-Soviet resurgence of traditionalist norms. Particular attention is given to periods of &#13;
social upheaval, revolutions, wars, and shifts in political regimes, as key catalysts for the reassessment of &#13;
gender stereotypes and behavioral models. The full-scale war that began in 2022 is identified as a turning &#13;
point that not only intensified the discourse on gender presence in the military, volunteer sectors, and &#13;
governance but also transformed broader public perceptions of gender justice.&#13;
The study is based on interdisciplinary approaches – biopsychological, socio-cognitive, and &#13;
cultural-historical which enable the integration of psychological barrier analysis (including stereotypes, &#13;
the “glass ceiling,” and emotional fatigue) with a reconstruction of historical trends in gender model &#13;
transformation. It is proposed that contemporary gender policy be viewed not in isolation but as a &#13;
continuation of a multifaceted historical process. The findings hold both theoretical and practical &#13;
significance for shaping strategies to overcome gender inequality in wartime and postwar reconstruction &#13;
contexts; Rezumat: Articolul analizează factorii istorici și psihologici care influențează formarea egalității &#13;
de gen în Ucraina în condițiile războiului și ale unei transformări sociale profunde. Se demonstrează că &#13;
percepțiile asupra rolurilor feminine și masculine au suferit o evoluție istorică complexă de la tradițiile &#13;
culturii patriarhale și eroismul militar masculin din epoca cazacilor, la modelul sovietic al egalității formale și revenirea post-sovietică la norme tradiționaliste. O atenție deosebită este acordată perioadelor &#13;
de criză socială revoluții, războaie, schimbări de regim politic ca factori declanșatori ai reevaluării &#13;
stereotipurilor de gen și ai modelelor comportamentale. Războiul la scară largă început în 2022 este &#13;
identificat ca un punct de cotitură care nu doar a accentuat problema prezenței femeilor în armată, &#13;
voluntariat și administrație, ci și a transformat percepțiile societății privind justiția de gen.&#13;
Studiul se bazează pe abordări interdisciplinare – biopsihologică, sociocognitivă și cultural-istorică &#13;
– care permit integrarea analizei barierelor psihologice (inclusiv stereotipuri, „tavanul de sticlă” și &#13;
epuizarea emoțională) cu reconstrucția tendințelor istorice ale transformării modelelor de gen. Se propune &#13;
ca politica de gen actuală să fie înțeleasă nu izolat, ci ca o continuare a unui proces istoric multifactorial. &#13;
Concluziile au o importanță atât teoretică, cât și aplicativă pentru elaborarea strategiilor de depășire a &#13;
inegalității de gen în contextul războiului și al reconstrucției postbelice

Dalarna University (Sweden) and three Ukrainian universities in 2023 initiated a collaborative project to strengthen SRHR education in Ukraine through new curricula, an online platform, and peer-learning workshops. The objective of this commentary is to present the project’s approach, implementation, and outcomes, demonstrating how international academic collaboration can strengthen SRHR education and youth consultation services in the context of war and post-war reconstruction. Inspired by Sweden’s comprehensive sexuality education&#13;
model, the project meets humanitarian needs while supporting reforms. Policy priorities include aligning with UNESCO guidance on sexuality education, integrating adolescent SRHR into healthcare financing, and expanding youth-friendly services.

<title>War and cultural heritage: legal instruments for preservation</title>
<link>https://repo.odmu.edu.ua:443/xmlui/handle/123456789/18768</link>
<description>War and cultural heritage: legal instruments for preservation
Druzhkova, I.; Kolesnyk, O.
The purpose of this paper addresses the protection of cultural heritage&#13;
during wartime, focusing on the role of the 1954 Hague Convention and the 1970 UNESCO&#13;
Convention. It also explores national legislation and measures implemented for preserving&#13;
cultural objects, with a special focus on international organizations like UNESCO and ICOM&#13;
in coordinating protection efforts. Methodology. The study employs qualitative analysis of legal documents and organizational reports, examining specific examples of heritage protection in conflict zones. It includes a review of Ukraine’s collaboration with international organizations and its&#13;
financial and technical support needs. The results of the analysis reveal that both international legal frameworks, such as the 1954 Hague Convention and the 1970 UNESCO Convention, play a crucial role in the protection of cultural heritage during armed conflicts. These conventions establish&#13;
fundamental guidelines for safeguarding cultural assets and provide mechanisms for&#13;
international cooperation and restitution of stolen or damaged heritage.&#13;
National legislation varies in its effectiveness and scope, with some countries&#13;
implementing robust measures for the protection and conservation of cultural heritage,&#13;
while others face challenges due to insufficient legal frameworks or enforcement issues. The&#13;
study found that countries with well-established national policies, aligned with international&#13;
standards, demonstrate better outcomes in preserving cultural heritage during conflicts.&#13;
Effective protection of cultural heritage requires strengthened international&#13;
collaboration. Countries and organizations should work together more closely to implement&#13;
and enforce the provisions of international conventions, ensuring comprehensive support for&#13;
heritage protection efforts. Ukraine needs to develop and refine its national laws to align&#13;
with international standards. Implementing robust legal frameworks and enforcement&#13;
mechanisms is crucial for safeguarding cultural heritage during conflicts.&#13;
Adequate financial resources and technical support are essential for conservation&#13;
and recovery efforts. Governments, international organizations, and private donors should&#13;
prioritize funding for projects aimed at protecting and restoring cultural heritage.

<description>Chapter 11. Theoretic-conceptual bases of management of modern agrarian production structures
Ushkarenko, Yu.; Solovyov, A.; Kusyk, N.; Mardani, A.
Agricultural enterprises largely depend on the existing combination of relations of property and forms of entrepreneurial activity, cooperation and integration links, the level of concentration and specialization of production, the emergence of new in scope, forms and connections of the markets for goods, services and resources, as well as the effectiveness of their management. In market conditions of farming, agrarian formations must take into account the requirements of effective market exchange, the purpose of which is the maximum satisfaction of consumers’ needs. In its turn, this raises the need to expand the boundaries of the production and functional interaction of enterprises of all industries, to raise the&#13;
qualitative level of structural, organizational and technological development, to form a set of scientifically grounded market relations, to expand structural ties in the agro-industrial complex as an integrated production and economic system.

<description>Working with transgeneretional trauma in positive and transcultural psychotherapy
Lytvynenko, O.; Tereshchenko, O.
The entire history of both humanity and an individual is a series of traumatic events, each of which leaves its mark on the psyche of a person and society. The article describes modern approaches to the definition of transgenerational trauma, how it is formed in the past generation and transmitted to the next. Currently, positive and transcultural psychotherapy requires more research on the impact of&#13;
macrotraumatic events as is transmitted through generations. In this study, we present the author's theoretical model of transgenerational traumatic experience transmission in the framework of Positive Psychotherapy and propose the definition of basic transgenerational conflict as a type of basic conflict in Positive Psychotherapy.

<title>Gender challenges in healthcare, psychological strategies for overcoming discrimination</title>

<description>Gender challenges in healthcare, psychological strategies for overcoming discrimination
Druzhkova, I.; Annienkova, I.; Busel, S.; Nemchenko, H.; Rudinska, O.
This article investigates the role of gendersensitive corporate culture and psychological strategies in addressing gender discrimination in healthcare organizations. The objective is to analyze how gender bias affects human resource&#13;
practices such as recruitment, promotion, and performance evaluation, and to identify solutions for creating an inclusive work environment. The study uses a qualitative approach based on the analysis of academic literature, institutional reports, and best international practices. Special attention is given to gender-specific barriers like the "glass ceiling" and "sticky floor" phenomena,&#13;
which disproportionately hinder women's career advancement in the healthcare sector. The research highlights the persistence of gender stereotypes, unequal pay, and insufficient psychological support for employees experiencing discrimination. Key findings suggest that implementing fair recruitment procedures, ensuring equal access to training, and developing mentoring programs are effective strategies for fostering gender equality. The study concludes that overcoming gender-based challenges is essential not only for ethical reasons but also for enhancing institutional performance, staff motivation, and the quality of patient care. Promoting equal opportunities for both women and men leads to more cohesive teams and improved healthcare outcomes. The article&#13;
emphasizes the necessity of systemic reforms in Ukraine, informed by successful global practices, to promote sustainable gender equality in healthcare settings.

<description>Spatial regulation of personal behavior under conditions of the accelerating COVID-19 pandemic
Khmiliar, О.; Popovych, I.; Hrys, A.; Pavliuk, M.; Zavatska, N.; Lytvynenko, O.; Blynova, O.
The purpose of the study is to examine spatial regulation of personal behavior under conditions of the accelerating COVID-19 pandemic. The research uses proxemics as a symbol of regulation of the research participants’ behavior. It shows that keeping a safe distance has reflected on changes in individual-typological personality traits and on transformation of some nations from “contact” into “distant” ones. The paper substantiates that it is important to know the laws of proxemics language to optimize high-quality interaction. It outlines in a methodological aspect that distance between a sender and a receiver of a message is the most symbolic and relevant feature in the process of interaction. Research results. The study establishes that spatial regulation of personal behavior is significantly affected by such internal symbols as social prestige, introversion-extraversion, the overall volume and content of the message. It proves that that messages with personal and nonpersonal information influence personal behavior regulation. Personal messages are usually transmitted in the intimate and personal spaces. Non-personal messages are transmitted in all four spaces of proxemic interaction: intimate, personal, social and public. The study generalizes that&#13;
regulation of personal behavior mainly depends on proxemic indexes.

<title>Adaptive Potential of Young People as a Factor af Mental Health-Preserving</title>
<link>https://repo.odmu.edu.ua:443/xmlui/handle/123456789/17621</link>
<description>Adaptive Potential of Young People as a Factor af Mental Health-Preserving
Lytvynenko, O.; Zlatova, L.; Zasenko, V.; Prokhorenko, L.; Lunov, V.
The adaptive potential of a person in the range of his socio-psychological resources represents&#13;
a vital problem, which is challenging from the perspective of the society’s demands and in specifying&#13;
certain methodologies of social psychology.&#13;
The adaptive potential is now represented in researches as a certain combination of&#13;
constitutional-morphological, physiological, bioenergetic, neurodynamic, psychic, psychological and&#13;
other properties of a person. It is noted that the corresponding properties determine the ability of a&#13;
person to adapt to certain activities and to the natural and social environment. It should be mentioned,&#13;
that the transformational processes in the modern social environment require the actualization of the&#13;
personal potential in the way appropriate to its challenges, which in the first instance draws the&#13;
attention of researchers and experts in social work to the modern youth both on the level of the&#13;
scientific generalization and socio-psychological support. Thus, the main attention is given to the sociopsychological context of the problem explored. The important line of the problem under exploration&#13;
is related to the study of the adaptive potential in one’s system of resources as a factor of preserving&#13;
one’s psychological health.

<description>Marketing in the digital age: cultural values as agents of socially responsible marketing in the digital economy
Robul, Y.; Lytvynenko, K.; Lytvynenko, O.; Bokshan, H.; Popovych, I.
The purpose of the article is to determine the relationship between the characteristics of social marketing stakeholders and the degree of development of marketing systems in the digital economy. The results of the study are based on a critical analysis of the tools and processes of functioning of marketing systems in the context of&#13;
digitalisation, and the changes it causes in marketing systems at basic and extended levels due to specific features inherent in the digital economy. The concept of cultural dimensions by Hofstede (2010) is applied to determine the collective behavioural characteristics of the most numerous stakeholders of social marketing, which are members of society in selected countries. A positive statistically significant correlation between the share of online shoppers against the indulgence index (R=.77) and the individualism index (R=.73) was found. There is a negative statistically significant correlation between the share of online shoppers against uncertainty avoidance (R=-.76), power distance (R=-.67), gender culture type (R=- .27) and long-term orientation (R=-.27). In general, a significant part of the expected impact of uncertainty avoidance is taken over by mechanisms&#13;
that guarantee the protection of personal data from unauthorised use and security from fraud and crime committed in cyberspace.; Метою статті є визначення зв’язку між характеристиками стейкголдерів соцієтального маркетингу та міри розвитку маркетингових&#13;
систем у цифровій економіці. Результати дослідження ґрунтуються на критичному аналізі інструментів та процесів функціонування&#13;
маркетингових систем у контексті діджиталізації, та змін, які вона викликає у маркетингових системах на основному та розширеному рівні через специфічні риси, притаманні цифровій економіці. Застосовано концепцію культурних цінностей Хофстеде (2010) для визначення колективних особливостей поведінки найчисельніших стейкголдерів соцієтального маркетингу – членів суспільства для низки країн. З’ясовано позитивну статистично достовірну кореляцію між часткою онлайн-покупців та показником поблажливості (R=.77) та індексом індивідуалізму (R=.73). Зафіксовано негативну статистично достовірну кореляцію між часткою онлайн-покупців та уникненням невизначеності (R=-.76), дистанцією влади (R=-.67), гендерним типом культури (R=-.27) та довгостроковою орієнтацією (R=-.27). Узагальнено, що значна частина очікуваного впливу ухилення від невизначеності перебирається механізмами, які&#13;
гарантують захист особистих даних від несанкціонованого використання та безпеку від шахрайства та злочинів, які здійснюються у&#13;
кіберпросторі.

<description>Higher Education: Defining the Role and Impact of Artificial Intelligence (Including Dialogues with ChatGPT, GEMINI &amp; BING)
Zhmai, O.
The article is devoted to considering the basics of artificial intelligence (AI) and its impact on other areas, in particular higher education. Various examples were given of how AI is directly or indirectly impacting the field of higher education, as well as how it can be implemented in the educational process. Results of an empirical study aimed at determining what different chatbots “think” about the impact of artificial intelligence on the educational process were presented. Based on their responses, the advantages and disadvantages of AI for each of the key stakeholders (students, teachers, researchers, administrators), strategies for overcoming these disadvantages, as well as ways for educators to adapt to the new educational environment, the ethical aspects of the implementation and use of artificial intelligence, etc. were identified. Conclusions about the need to pay close attention to the field of higher education as one that can influence the adequate perception and use of AI were made.
