Проведення медогляду має на меті дати всебічну оцінку стану здоров’я певних категорій осіб, визначити стан здоров’я працівника та можливість виконання ним відповідних трудових обов’язків, а також попередити виникнення та розповсюдження інфекцій. Крім того, відповідно до законодавства, є певні категорії працівників, види діяльності та перелік професій, для яких проходження медичного огляду є обов’язковим. В зв’язку з введенням воєнного стану на Україні, охоплення медичними оглядами працівників за відповідний період знизилось. Але вимоги до проведення медичних оглядів працівників не змінювались. Аналізуючи роботу медичних комісій за 2023–2024 роки, можна зробити висновки, що гендерно-вікові зміни у структурі працівників сприяють підвищенню кількості хворих працівників, які підлягають медичний допомозі і потребують на амбулаторне, стаціонарне і спеціалізоване лікування.
To provide a comprehensive assessment of the certain groups of workers state of health, to determine the health status of a concrete employee and his ability to perform relevant work duties, as well as to prevent the occurrence and spread of infections is the purpose of a fitness medical examination. In addition, in accordance with the legislation, there are certain categories of employees, types of activities and a list of professions for which a medical examination is a must. Due to the introduction of martial law in Ukraine, the coverage of employees with medical examinations during the relevant period decreased. However, the requirements for conducting medical examinations of employees did not change. Analyzing the work of medical commissions for 2023–2024, we can conclude that gender and age changes in the structure of employees contribute to an increase in the number of sick employees who are subject to medical care and require outpatient, inpatient and specialized treatment.
