Визначено особливості організації стаціонарної допомоги населенню в закладах охорони здоров’я. Досліджено надання стаціонарної допомоги приватними медичними закладами м. Одеса.
This qualification thesis is devoted to summarizing the theoretical foundations and substantiating practical recommendations for developing the individual and typological characteristics that influence the effectiveness of health care facility managers, based on a competency-based approach.
The study examines current trends in the reform of university hospitals in Ukraine. It provides a detailed overview of the children's clinic at the Multidisciplinary Medical Center of ONMedU. The specific features of organizing inpatient care in health care facilities are identified. In addition, the research analyzes the provision of inpatient services by private medical institutions in Odesa.
