Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню сучасних викликів у сфері охорони здоров’я України та обґрунтуванню шляхів сталого розвитку медичних установ на прикладі Смарт Медікал Центр (м. Київ). У роботі підкреслюється важливість інвестицій у систему охорони здоров’я як ключової умови забезпечення соціальної, економічної та екологічної стійкості.
Об’єктом дослідження виступає Смарт Медікал Центр, що функціонує в умовах високої конкуренції на ринку медичних послуг. Предмет дослідження – процес розробки інвестиційного проєкту розвитку підприємства в галузі охорони здоров’я.
У роботі проведено аналіз теоретичних засад розвитку медичних підприємств, оцінено конкурентні можливості досліджуваного закладу, розроблено інвестиційний проєкт розвитку. У дослідженні застосовано комплекс методів: індукцію, дедукцію, системно-структурний, математичний, типологічний, історичний та інші.
Практична значущість роботи полягає у запропонованому інвестиційному проєкті, який може бути використаний як модель удосконалення діяльності інших медичних закладів.
This qualification thesis is dedicated to the study of current challenges in the healthcare sector of Ukraine and the justification of sustainable development strategies for medical institutions, using the case of Smart Medical Center (Kyiv). The paper emphasizes the importance of investment in the healthcare system as a key condition for ensuring social, economic, and environmental sustainability.
The object of the research is Smart Medical Center, operating under high competition in the healthcare services market. The subject of the research is the process of developing an investment project for the advancement of a healthcare enterprise.
The thesis includes an analysis of the theoretical foundations for the development of healthcare enterprises, an assessment of the competitive potential of the studied institution, and the development of an investment project. A comprehensive set of research methods was used, including induction, deduction, system-structural, mathematical, typological, historical, and others.
The practical significance of the study lies in the proposed investment project, which can serve as a model for improving the operations of other medical institutions.
