Кваліфікаційна робота має на меті удосконалення системи антикризового менеджменту та розробку ефективної адаптивної стратегії, зокрема фінансової, на прикладі Обласного комунального некомерційного підприємства Буковинський клінічний онкологічний центр. Завданнями управлінської діагностики методами антикризового менеджменту стали стратегії та проєкти медичного закладу, організаційна структура підрозділів, якість професійного складу медичного персоналу, якість та динаміка кількості медичних послуг, що надаються, показники професійної, соціальної та економічної діяльності. Досліджено науково-методологічні підходи щодо перспектив антикризового менеджменту в медичних закладах на сучасному етапі надважкого політичного та економічного навантаження. Проаналізовано сучасний стан адаптації медичного закладу до відповідного етапу медичної реформи та макроекономічної кризи. Досліджено та впроваджено антикризові підходи щодо стабілізації економічних показників діяльності медичного закладу. Визначено рівень синергії між впливом кризових факторів, рівнем адаптивності та результатами господарської діяльності ОКНП Буковинський клінічний онкологічний центр. Розроблено пропозиції антикризового менеджменту. Запропоновано напрямки удосконалення системи антикризового менеджменту на прикладі ОКНП Буковинського клінічного онкологічного центру, м. Чернівці.
This qualification thesis aims to improve the crisis management system and develop an effective adaptive strategy, particularly a financial one, using the case of the Regional Municipal Non-Profit Enterprise “Bukovynian Clinical Oncology Center.” The objectives of managerial diagnostics through crisis management methods included analyzing the medical institution’s strategies and projects, the organizational structure of its departments, the professional quality of medical staff, the quality and dynamics of the volume of medical services provided, and indicators of professional, social, and economic performance.
The thesis examines scientific and methodological approaches to the prospects of crisis management in medical institutions during the current period of severe political and economic stress. The current state of the medical institution’s adaptation to the ongoing stage of health care reform and the macroeconomic crisis is analyzed. Crisis management approaches aimed at stabilizing the economic performance of the medical institution are studied and implemented. The level of synergy between the impact of crisis factors, the degree of adaptability, and the economic performance outcomes of the RMNPE “Bukovynian Clinical Oncology Center” is determined.
Crisis management proposals have been developed. The thesis offers directions for improving the crisis management system based on the example of the Bukovynian Clinical Oncology Center in Chernivtsi.
