Changes in indicators of fibrinolysis and proteolisis in rats with spontaneous hypertension during treatment with ramipril

Abstract

The article concerns investigation of the state of proteolytic and fibrinolytic activity in rats SHR series with ramipril treatment. The study found that SHR rats a reduction process fibrinolytic activity, and after treatment with this drug product level increases fibrinolysis and proteolysis.
