Acoustic trauma in zone of combat actions. Medical care for sensorineural hearing impairment: diagnostics, treatment, phasing, prevention

Abstract

These methodical recommendations are recommended for the doctors-otolaryngologists of medical compartment of Armed forces of Ukraine and law enforcement agencies, and establishment of health protection of different level of accreditation of МОН and NAMS of Ukraine that provide help for the patients with violations of hearing function because of acoustic trauma. Acoustic trauma is a specific injury of the hearing system because of action of sounds of high intensity. The peculiarities of such pathology is a rapid growth of violations in peripheral.
