Метою дослідження було
вивчення результатів холодноплазмової коагуляції та кріодеструкції субепітеліального
ендометріозу та доброякісної
патології шийки матки на тлі
дисплазії шийки матки слабкого ступеня.
We examined 60 patients aged 20–40 with benign pathology and mild
dysplasia of cervix.
Women in the 1st group (n=30) received cold plasma coagulation, in the 2nd group (n=30)
— cryotherapy. Patients in the 1st group complained of discharge during (15.55±1.28) days (CI: 14.99–
16.11), in the 2nd group — (35.82±2.96 days (CI: 34.42–37.43). Full epithelization was finished during
(30.2±1.18) days in the 1st group (CI: 27.88–32.52) and 46.47±1.96 days in the 2nd group (CI:
42.63–50.31). 3 months after treatment we noticed viral load decrease in both groups but with considerable
dominance in the 1st group (χ2=3.95; p=0.138; df=2).
Cold plasma coagulation may be recommended for treatment of benign and primary
premalignant pathology of cervix in young women with reproductive plans.
