Патогенетична дія препарату «Антраль» на перебіг обструктивної нефропатії

Abstract

Метою дослідження стало поглиблене вивчення особливостей перебігу окисно-відновних процесів, реалізації функції детоксикації у хворих з ОН супра- й інфравезикального генезу при традиційному лікуванні та використанні в комплексному лікуванні препарату «Антраль».

41 patients suffering from obstructive nephropathy caused by urolithiasis, urethral and ureteric strictures, retroperitonial fibrosis, infravesical obstruction are examined. Pyelonephritis of different degree of severity was observed in every patient. We established, that the use of metabolism-correcting, anabolic, anti-inflammatory preparation Antral in the examined group of obstructive nephropathy patients provides a promoted stabilizing effect at the energy metabolism. Antral exerts a regeneretive influence on the enzymatic processes, which are lowered in obstructive nephropathy
