Проблема забруднення об’єктів довкілля нітритами і нітратами

Abstract

Мета дослідження – оцінка нітратного навантаження на організм людини в умовах Півдня України.

There was demonstrated that the main source of nitrate ingestion in Southern Ukraine are vegetables (up to 80% of total toxic loading). Water factor is not the main in forming nitrates exposure, however there are some endemic regions with the high concentration of nitrates in drinking water, which are considered to be a hazard for population health. There was determined that the rate of toxic load with nitrates is 500–1,200 mg per day. These levels exceed permissible safe concentrations.
