Замісна ниркова терапія як один із методів інтенсивної терапії

Abstract

Сьогодні радикальних методів медикаментозної терапії ниркової недостатності не існує. Єдиний ефективний метод — замісна ниркова терапія (ЗНТ). Вона стала реальністю з початку клінічного застосування гемодіалізу. Коли в Одесі в Обласній клінічній лікарні 21 січня 1964 р. лікарями А. С. Владикою і А. В. Доценком було проведено перший гемодіаліз, йшлося виключно про порятунок хворих на гостру ниркову недостатність (ГНН), що, безсумнівно, є різновидом інтенсивної терапії.

Renal replacement therapy aimed at correction and prevention of infringements of metabolism, is the method of intensive therapy. This is particularly evident in patients with acute renal insufficiency, all of which are typical patients of an intensive care unit. Dialysis methods are the most effective among the methods of renal replacement therapy in patients with acute renal insufficiency. It is concluded that with acute kidney injury there are necessary replacement of fluid volume, cardiac output, vascular tone, glucose level, and for treatment — renal replacement therapy.
