The problem question about timely diagnosis and correction of the bleeding on the background of trauma-induced coagulopathy in patients with polytrauma is very actual nowadays. The aim of the study was to investigate the functional activity of the regulation of blood coagulation system in patients with polytrauma to determine adequate etiopathogenetical principles of prevention and correction. Revealed abnormalities in the hemostatic system specific to the demonstration trauma-induced coagulopathy in trauma patients: decreasing of aggregation with a significant increase in the activity of fibrinolysis.
