Дисертаційне дослідження направлене на визначенню способів
оптимізації діагностики наслідків невриту зорового нерва у хворих на
передній увеїт за допомогою комп’ютерної томографії і рентгенпроменевої
діагностики орбіти та придаткових порожнин носу.
Проведені спостереження, обстеження та лікування 150 пацієнтів (94
чоловіків і 56 жінок віком від 18 до 83 років, 300 очей) виконувались у
відділенні запальної патології ока ДУ «Інститут очних хвороб і тканинної
терапії ім. В.П. Філатова НАМН України» і Центрі мікрохірургії ока
багатопрофільного медичного центру Одеського національного медичного
університету.
Діагноз передній увеїт, ускладнений невритом зорового нерва, був
діагностований у 36 осіб зі 150 (периферична форма відзначена у 2, аксіальна
– у 3, трансверзальна – у 31 людини) згідно критеріям Міжнародної
класифікації 10-го перегляду.
The dissertation study is devoted to determining ways to optimize the
diagnosis of the consequences of optic neuritis in patients with anterior uveitis
using computer tomography and X-ray diagnosis of the orbit and paranasal sinuses.
Observations, examination, and treatment of 150 patients (94 men and 56
women aged 18 to 83 years, 300 eyes) were carried out in the Department of
Inflammatory Pathology of the Eye of SI «The Filatov Institute of Eye Diseases
and Tissue Therapy of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine» and
the Eye Microsurgery Center of the Multidisciplinary Medical Center of Odesa
National Medical University.
The diagnosis of "anterior uveitis complicated by optic neuritis" was
diagnosed in 36 people out of 150 (peripheral form was noted in 2, axial - in 3,
transverse - in 31 people) according to the criteria of the International
Classification of Diseases 10th Revision (ICD-10).
