Кваліфікаційну роботу присвячено дослідженню та вдосконаленню стратегічного менеджменту в закладах охорони здоров'я в умовах динамічних змін у медичній сфері України.
У роботі детально вивчено теоретичні засади стратегічного управління та його ключові принципи, а також проаналізовано застосування стратегічного мислення у приватних медичних закладах на прикладі корпоративної структури ТОВ Дім медицини «Одрекс». Особливу увагу приділено технологіям стратегічного менеджменту як ефективним інструментам підвищення конкурентоспроможності та оптимізації кадрової політики.
Досліджено особливості управління диверсифікованими приватними медичними закладами та розглянуто вплив їх участі в Програмі медичних гарантій. На основі аналізу розроблено практичні висновки та пропозиції щодо впливу на фінансові показники співпраці приватних медичних установ з НСЗУ.
The qualification work is devoted to the study and improvement of strategic management in health care institutions in the context of dynamic changes in the medical sector of Ukraine.
The work studies in detail the theoretical foundations of strategic management and its key principles, and also analyzes the application of strategic thinking in private medical institutions on the example of the corporate structure of LLC Medical Home "Odrex". Special attention is paid to strategic management technologies as effective tools for increasing the competitiveness and quality of medical services.
The features of managing diversified private medical institutions are studied and the impact of their participation in The National Health Insurance Fund of Ukraine Medical Guarantee Program. Based on the analysis, practical proposals have been developed to increase the efficiency of cooperation between private medical institutions and the National Health Insurance Fund of Ukraine.
