Фармакогностичний та фармакохімічний аналіз лікарського збору в комплексному лікуванні кандидозного стоматиту: кваліфікаційна робота на здобуття ОКР «Магістра» зі спеціальності 226 «Фармація, промислова фармація»

Abstract

Мета магістерської роботи: проведення фармакогностичного та фармакохімічного аналізу отриманого екстракту рослинного збору з подальшим визначенням його фармакологічної активності. Магістерська робота містить вступ, п’ять розділів, висновок, перелік літератури з 105 найменувань. Загальний обсяг роботи складає 90 сторінок, на яких представлені 16 рисунків та 2 таблиці. У вступі обґрунтована необхідність вивчення фармакогностичних та фармакохімічних властивостей екстракту рослинного збору з трави материнки звичайної, листя горіху волоського, квіток нагідків лікарських, трави звіробою звичайного для лікування кандидозного стоматиту та поставлені завдання для досягнення даної мети.

The purpose of the master's thesis: conducting a pharmacognostic and pharmacochemical analysis of the obtained extract of the plant collection with further determination of its pharmacological activity. The master's thesis contains an introduction, five chapters, a conclusion, a list of literature from 105 titles. The total volume of work consists of 90 pages, on which 16 figures and 2 tableі are presented. The introduction substantiates the need to study the pharmacognostic and pharmacochemical properties of the extract of the herbal collection of oregano grass, walnut leaves, marigold flowers, St. John's wort grass for the treatment of candidal stomatitis and sets tasks to achieve this goal. To fulfill the tasks of the master's thesis, an analysis of literary sources and scientific periodicals was conducted on the prevalence and etiopathogenesis of candidal stomatitis, methods of its diagnosis and treatment, which indicates that candidal stomatitis is a common pathology of the oral mucosa, the cause of which is yeast-like fungi of the genus Candida, the growth and reproduction of which occurs against the background of a decrease in general and local immunity. The increasing resistance of fungi of the genus Candida to antifungal agents and a large number of side effects from synthetic antifungal drugs require the search for alternative or auxiliary methods of treatment that would combine high efficiency with safety for patients. Medicinal plants are a promising source of biologically active compounds capable of exhibiting antimycotic effects, which makes the topic of studying medicinal plants and medicinal plant raw materials for the treatment of candidal stomatitis a relevant issue.
