Мета магістерської роботи: провести фармакогностичний аналіз
Curcuma longa, виділити та вивчити кількісний і якісний склад куркуміноїдів
з ЛРС коренів куркуми; виготовити лікарську форму з застосуванням
виділених сполук, дослідити її протизапальну активність.
Магістерська робота виконана на кафедрі загальної та кліничної
фармакології і фармакогнозії, містить вступ, три розділи, висновок, перелік
літератури з 63 найменувань, з них 63 іноземних. Загальний обсяг роботи
складається з 53 сторінки друкованого тексту, на яких представлено 3
малюнки та 1 таблицю. Магістерська робота Алауи Шрифи Аль Мостафа присвячена
фармакогностичному аналізу Curcuma longa L., вивченню кількисного та
якісного складу біологічно активних сполук з ЛРС куркуми; виготовленню
лікарської форми з застосуванням куркуміноїдів та дослідженню її
протизапальної активності на моделі карагінан-індукованого запального
набряку лівої кінцівки молодих щурів-самців.
The purpose of the master's thesis: to conduct a pharmacognostic analysis of
Curcuma longa , to isolate and study the quantitative and qualitative composition of
curcuminoids from the MPRM of turmeric roots; to produce a medicinal form using
the selected compounds, to investigate its anti-inflammatory activity.
The master's thesis was completed at the department of general and clinical
pharmacology and pharmacognosy, contains an introduction, three chapters, a
conclusion, a list of literature from 63 titles, 63 of which are foreign . The total
volume of the work consists of 53 pages of printed text, on which 3 figures and 1
table are presented.
Alaua Sharifa Al Mostaf's master's thesis is devoted to the pharmacognostic
analysis of Curcuma longa L., the study of the quantitative and qualitative
composition of biologically active compounds from MPRM of turmeric; preparation
of a medicinal form using curcuminoids and investigation of its anti-inflammatory
activity on the model of carrageenan-induced inflammatory edema of the left limb
of young male rats .
