Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена розробці складу та технології виготовлення фіточаю для підвищення апетиту на основі лікарської рослинної сировини, досліджено фармакотерапію, застосування фітотерапії та наявність ліків на фармацевтичному ринку України. Проведено дослідження лікарської рослинної сировини, яка є перспективним джерелом для створення препаратів, що підвищують апетит. Обрано та обґрунтовано лікарську форму – фіточай. Розроблено оптимальну технологію виготовлення фіточаю в промислових умовах та методику контролю якості. Спираючись на оптимально підібраний якісний склад, фіточай може бути використаний у стана зниження апетиту, в тому числі для запобігання анорексії. Отримані результати досліджень можуть бути використані в навчальному процесі кафедри технології ліків під час викладання дисципліни "Аптечна технологія ліків".
The qualification work is devoted to the development of the composition and technology of making phyto-tea to increase appetite based on medicinal plant raw materials, pharmacotherapy, the use of phytotherapy and the availability of drugs on the pharmaceutical market of Ukraine were investigated. A study of medicinal plant raw materials, which is a promising source for the creation of drugs that increase appetite, was conducted. The medicinal form – phyto-tea – was selected and substantiated. The optimal technology for the production of phyto-tea in industrial conditions and the method of quality control have been developed. Based on optimally selected quality composition, phyto-tea can be used in the state of reduced appetite, including to prevent anorexia. The obtained research results can be used in the educational process of the drug technology department during the teaching of the discipline "Pharmacy drug technology".
