Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена розробці лікарського засобу для
усунення симптомів депресії та профілактики виникнення депресивних станів на
основі лікарської рослинної сировини, дослідженню фармакотерапії, фітотерапії
та наявності ліків на фармацевтичному ринку України. Досліджено лікарські
рослини, які є перспективним джерелом для використання їх у виробництві фітопрепаратів для усунення симптомів депресії. Обрано лікарську форму – збір.
Розроблено оптимальну технологію виготовлення в промислових умовах
збору та методику контролю якості.
Опираючись на оптимально підібраний якісний склад, збір можуть бути
використані для усунення симптомів депресії.
Отримані результати досліджень можуть бути використані в навчальному
процесі кафедри технології ліків під час викладання дисципліни "Технологія
ліків".
The qualification work is devoted to the development of a medicinal product for
the elimination of symptoms of depression and the prevention of the occurrence of
depressive states based on medicinal plant raw materials, the study of
pharmacotherapy, phytotherapy, and the availability of drugs on the pharmaceutical
market of Ukraine. Medicinal plants have been studied, which are a promising source
for their use in the production of phyto-preparations for the elimination of depression
symptoms. The dosage form is chosen - collection.
The optimal production technology in industrial conditions of collection and
quality control methodology have been developed.
Based on the optimally selected quality composition, the collection can be used
to eliminate the symptoms of depression.
The obtained research results can be used in the educational process of the drug
technology department during the teaching of the discipline "Medicine Technology".
