Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена вивченню вітамінного cтатусу оргнізму,
причинам виникнення авітамінозу, основним видам терапії, а також вивченню
фармацевтичного ринку лікарських засобів для підвищення імунітету та розробка
на її основі нового лікарського препарату у твердих желатинових капсулах на
основі сухого екстракту смородини чорної (Ribes nigrum L) для підвищення
імунітету.
Розроблено оптимальну технологію виготовлення в промислових умовах
сухого естракту в твердих желатинових капсулах та методику контролю якості.
Опираючись на оптимально підібраний якісний склад, сухого естракту
смородини чорної (Ribes nigrum L) в твердих желатинових капсулах може бути
використаний для профілактики та лікування авітамінозів різного генезу.
Отримані результати досліджень можуть бути використані в навчальному
процесі кафедри технології ліків під час викладання дисципліни "Технологія ліків".
The qualification work is devoted to the study of the vitamin status of the organism,
the causes of vitamin deficiency, the main types of therapy, as well as the study of the
pharmaceutical market of drugs to increase immunity and, on its basis, the development
of a new drug in hard gelatin capsules based on the dry extract of black currant (Ribes
nigrum L) for increasing immunity.
The optimal production technology in industrial conditions of dry extract in hard
gelatin capsules and the quality control method have been developed.
Based on the optimally selected quality composition, the dry extract of black currant
(Ribes nigrum L) in hard gelatin capsules can be used for the prevention and treatment of
vitamin deficiencies of various genesis.
The obtained research results can be used in the educational process of the drug
technology department during the teaching of the discipline "Medicine Technology".
